Welcome to PCS Remote Support. Through our web-based remote support system, a PCS technician will initiate a screen-sharing session to remotely fix your issue. Please do not connect to a support session until instructed to do so by a technician.
Please note that you may be charged remote support service fees for using this service, depending on your level of service contract with PCS. By joining a remote session, you agree that you authorize such charges as allocated in your service contract, and that you allow a PCS technician to remotely connect to and control your computer.
